综合护理干预对过敏性紫癜患儿预后的影响分析

Analysis on Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Prognosis of Children with Allergic Purpura

目的:分析综合护理干预对过敏性紫癜患儿预后的影响。方法:2008年8月-2020年4月广州医科大学附属第二医院收治过敏性紫癜患儿206例,按照护理方式不同分为两组。对照组接受常规护理;观察组接受综合护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组皮肤紫癜消失时间、腹痛消失时间、住院时间及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理专业性、护理态度、护理操作细致性、护理全面性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:过敏性紫癜患儿接受综合护理干预,可显著减少症状消失时间,降低并发症发生率,预后效果更理想。

Objective: To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prognosis of children with allergic purpura. Methods: From August 2008 to April 2020, 206 children with allergic purpura were selected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, and were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The control group received conventional nursing. The observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing effect between the two groups was compared. Results: The disappearance time of skin purpura, abdominal pain, hospital stay and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of nursing professionalism, nursing attitude, nursing operation meticulousness and nursing comprehensiveness of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Children with allergic purpura receive comprehensive nursing intervention, which can significantly shorten the time of symptom disappearance, reduce the incidence of complications, and achieve better prognosis.
