摘要
目的:分析思维导图结合聚焦解决模式在护理教学中的应用效果及可行性。方法:选择德阳市人民医院2019年1月-2020年12月护理专业临床实习生60名,以“电脑随机法”将其分为对照组和试验组,各30名。对照组采用常规护理教学方法;试验组在临床教学过程中采用思维导图结合聚焦解决模式进行教学。两组实习护士临床实习结束时采用主观性问卷评估调查及客观性数据收集(理论考核和实践考核)对其教学效果进行评价。结果:试验组实习护士评判性思维能力各项得分、客观性考核成绩、学习效果均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将思维导图结合聚焦解决模式应用于护理教学中可显著提高实习护士的学习效果,有效促进学生更好地开发与建立临床思维,进一步推进教学质量改革,从而提高学生综合能力及对教学效果的满意度,具有可行性,值得借鉴运用。
Objective: To analyze the application effect and feasibility of mind map combined with focused solution model in nursing teaching.Methods: Sixty clinical internship students of nursing specialty in People’s Hospital of Deyang City from January2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group with 30 cases in each group by using "computer random method".The control group adopted the conventional nursing teaching method;the experimental group adopted the mind map combined with focused solution model in the clinical teaching process.At the end of clinical internship practice,subjective questionnaire survey and objective data collection(theoretical assessment and practical assessment) were used to evaluate the teaching effect of nursing students in the two groups. Results: The scores of critical thinking ability, objective assessment and learning effect of nursing students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of mind map combined with focused solution model in nursing teaching can significantly improve the learning effect of nursing students, effectively promote the development and establishment of clinical thinking of nursing students, further promote the reform of teaching quality, so as to improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students and their satisfaction with the teaching effect,which is feasible and worthy of reference.
