摘要
本文通过对山东某地麦饭石样品粒度、固液比、浸泡时间等不同试验条件下H_(2)SiO_(3)溶出量的试验研究,结果表明麦饭石H_(2)SiO_(3)最佳溶出条件为:样品粒度200目、固液比1∶20、浸泡时间2h。在最佳溶出条件下,麦饭石样品H_(2)SiO_(3)溶出量均达到饮用天然矿泉水标准(≥25.0mg/L)。在样品粒度200目的条件下,进行了麦饭石对重金属离子的吸附性能试验,确定24h为最佳吸附时间。在此条件下,麦饭石对Pb、Cr、Cd、As的吸附率分别为85%~92%、71%~76%、56%~62%、23%~34%,对重金属离子的吸附率从大到小排序为Pb>Cr>Cd>As。
In this paper,the amount of H_(2)SiO_(3)dissolution under the particle size,solid-liquid ratio and soaking time of granodiorite samples in Shandong province were studied.The particle size of 200 mesh,solid-liquid ratio of 1:20 and soaking time 2h are the best dissolution conditions of H_(2)SiO_(3).Under the best dissolution conditions,the content of H_(2)SiO_(3)in the test samples reaches the standard(≥25.0mg/L).Under the condition of sample particle size 200 mesh,the adsorption properties of granodiorite to heavy metal ion were tested,24h was determined as the optimal adsorption time.Under these conditions,the adsorption rate of Pb,Cr,Cd and As were 85%to 92%,71%to 76%,56%to 62%and 23%to 34%,respectively.The adsorption rate of heavy metal ions was ranked from large to small as Pb>Cr>Cd>As.
