基于茎秆染色法的双向对搂式油菜拨禾机构输送铺放机理研究

摘要 为探明双向对搂式油菜拨禾装置作业过程中物料流的输送放铺机理与运动规律,采用茎秆染色法开展了输送放铺过程研究试验设计,通过测量作业状态中油菜茎秆与割台的高度,条铺中各染色茎秆离地面的距离,条铺中同色相邻染色茎秆距离以及作业前后穗幅差,并对试验数据进行分析后得出双向对搂式拨禾机构输送铺放过程:茎秆在输送过程中会发生转角,且被切割后的油菜茎秆在输送过程中是分层运输;油菜茎秆落地过程为翻转落地;油菜茎秆铺放的连续性和均匀性均较好;条铺中穗幅差小于试验台架上穗幅差。结合双向对搂式拨禾机构的工作特性得出油菜茎秆在拨禾机构中的输送过程为:拨禾装置先将油菜拨至中间聚拢,累积至一定数量形成一个茎秆团后被推出排禾口,最后形成铺条,首位搭接条铺至田间。 In order to reveal the conveying mechanism and movement rule of the two-way pair rape paddle mechanism,the stalk dyeing method is used to carry out a research and experimental design.By measuring the height of rapeseed stalks and cutting heads,the distance of each dyed stalk in the stripe from the ground,the distance of the same-colored adjacent stalks in the stripe,and the difference in ear width before and after the operation,it is concluded that the conveying and spreading process of the two-way pair rape paddle mechanism,which including the following:the stalks will turn around during the transportation,and the cut rapeseed stalks are transported in layers during the transportation process;the rapeseed stalks fall to the ground flip the ground;the continuity and uniformity of rapeseed stalk laying are good;the spike width difference in stripe is smaller than the spike width difference on the test bench.According to the above research results,combined with the working characteristics of the two-way pair rape paddle mechanism,the transportation process of rapeseed stalks is as follows:the reed device first gathers the rape to the middle and accumulates a certain amount to form a stem;the stalk ball was pushed out of the row of grasses.Finally a sliver was formed,and the first overlap sliver was spread to the field.
