BIM和Midas软件在钢箱梁施工中的组合应用

摘要 在上跨既有山区高速公路的钢箱梁施工中,中间临时支撑的结构及受力分析计算依靠手算很难满足施工需要。论文以贵州江玉高速岳家寨枢纽互通E匝道桥钢箱梁跨既有高速施工为例,运用BIM软件建立钢箱梁及临时支撑的三维可视化模型,用于优化施工方案、钢箱梁加工制作、现场拼装施工等;借助迈达斯(Midas)计算机辅助软件,进行钢箱梁和临时支撑的三维模型设计到施工阶段的受力验算,为临时支撑体系设计及结构计算提供一种有效的方法。 In the construction of steel box girder evercross the existing mountain highway,the analysis and calculation for the structure and force of the temporary support in the middle manual work can hardly meet the construction needs.In this paper,taking the construction of steel box girder across the existing high-speed bridge of E interworking ramp bridge of Yuejiazhai Junction of Jiangyu Expressway in Guizhou Province as an example,by using BIM software,the 3 D visualization model of steel box girder and temporary support is established,which is used to optimize the construction scheme,steel box girder processing and fabrication,field assembly construction and other aspects.Midas computer-aided software is used to analyze 3 D model of steel box girder and temporary support.The stress checking calculation from T-type design to construction stage provides an effective method for the design and structural calculation of temporary support system.
