试论城市老旧小区改造新模式及关键技术

Discussion on the New Model and Key Technology of Renovation of Urban Old Residential Areas

为探索解决城市老旧小区改造问题的路径,论文提出共建、共治、共享的城市老旧小区改造新模式,基于对城市老旧小区改造需求特征的分析,明确老旧小区改造目标,并对建筑整体顶升技术、建筑结构托换技术、建筑基坑开挖及支护技术、建筑地下结构防水技术以及土方、石方外运技术等城市老旧小区改造关键技术展开研究。

In order to explore the way to solve the problem of urban old residential area reconstruction,the paper puts forward a new model of urban old residential area reconstruction by co-construction,co-governance and sharing.Based on the analysis of the demand characteristics of urban old residential area reconstruction,the transformation target of old residential area is clarified.The key technologies for the reconstruction of old urban residential areas,such as building jacking technology,building structural underpinning technology,building foundation pit excavation and support technology,building underground structure waterproof technology,earthwork and stone transport technology are studied.
