摘要 为了保证超高层建筑的稳定性,进行超高层建筑桩基础承载力控制非常重要。论文针对影响超高层建筑桩基础承载力的因素进行分析研究,包括岩性判断、桩底沉渣厚度和桩端注浆质量,简要阐述了桩基础承载力控制要点,并以具体工程案例总结了桩基础承载力的具体控制措施。 In order to ensure the stability of super high-rise building,it is very important to control the bearing capacity of pile foundation.This paper analyzes and studies the factors affecting the bearing capacity of super high-rise building pile foundation,including lithology judgment,the thickness of the sediment under the pile and the quality of the grouting at the pile end,briefly expounds the control points of pile foundation bearing capacity,and summarizes the specific control measures of pile foundation bearing capacity with specific engineering cases.
