我国水环境风险管理进展、挑战与战略对策分析

Analysis of Progress,Challenges and Strategic Countermeasures of Water Environment Risk Management in China

我国水环境质量得到了很大的改善,但是水环境风险管理以及发展形势依然严峻,应针对水污染情况进行实时监测,以便在第一时间治理污染问题。基于此,论文介绍了水环境风险管理的内涵,分析了我国近年来水环境管理的进展,指出了我国水环境风险管理中存在的问题,并提出优化水环境管理的途径。

The quality of water environment in China has been greatly improved,but the situation of water environment risk management and development is still grim.Real-time monitoring of water pollution should be carried out in order to treat the pollution problem in the first time.This paper introduces the connotation of water environment risk management,analyzes the progress of water environment management in China in recent years,points out the problems existing in water environment risk management in China,and puts forward the way to optimize water environment management.
