主要对建筑工程造价进行概述,分析建筑工程造价控制的重要性,提出目前建筑工程管理全过程造价控制存在的问题,针对忽视投资决策阶段工程造价控制、设计环节工程造价控制不够深入等问题提出项目成本控制对策,以提高建筑项目的造价控制水平。

This paper mainly outlines the construction cost,analyzes the importance of construction cost control,puts forward the problems existing in the whole process of construction project management cost control,puts forward the project cost control countermeasures for ignoring the project cost control in the stage of investment decision-making and the project cost control in the design link is not in-depth enough,so as to improve the cost control level of construction projects.
