摘要
碘是目前被广泛应用的有效抗菌剂,其具有抗菌效果好、毒性低且稳定性良好的特性。在日常生活、农林、医药等领域中的应用广泛,但是,当单独使用碘时,其应用范围较小,将碘附在功能化聚合物上,可以进一步扩大碘的应用范围。以天然的或合成的高分子聚合物为原料,制备碘的高分子复合物,既能保留碘的抗菌性能,又可以使材料得到聚合物的性能,结合两者的优势,研究其抗菌持久性和有效性,是研究碘的高分子复合物的主要方向。目前,研究应用比较广泛的碘的高分子复合物,包括环糊精、壳聚糖、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等与碘的复合物。对未来该领域中的研究、制备及抗菌领域的应用具有重要意义。
Iodine is a widely used as an effective antibacterial agent with good antibacterial effect,low toxicity and good stability,which has a wide range of applications in the fields of daily life,agriculture,forestry,medicine and so on.However,if it’s just iodine,its utilization is limited,and the adsorption of iodine in functional polymers can further promote the application of iodine.The application of iodine on functional polymers can further promote the application of iodine,which can not only retain the antibacterial properties of iodine,but also provide the properties of the polymers.It is an important direction to study the antibacterial persistence and effectiveness of iodine polymer compounds by combining the advantages of the two.At present,several kinds of polymer complexes of iodine are widely used,such as cyclodextrin,chitosan and povidone.This will inspire future work and will be of great significance for advances in the antimicrobial field.
