含氟水性聚氨酯的制备及高光哑光型涂层的应用 被引量:6

摘要 采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚多元醇(PPG2000)和全氟辛基丙醇(F17)作为主要原料,合成了氟改性水性聚氨酯,并对玻璃板进行涂膜处理。通过FTIR、XPS、EDS和CA对水性聚氨酯胶膜以及涂层的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,当氟含量为7%时,胶膜CA增大至110.6°,表面能降低至10.04 MJ/m^(2),胶膜表面具有良好的疏水性,拉伸强度增大至17.85 MPa后,逐渐降低。XPS和EDS表明,氟原子向胶膜表面进行迁移富集,XPS显示,当氟含量为3%时,迁移率为10.03,大于氟含量为5%时的迁移率,迁移程度受到胶膜表面氟含量的影响。加入助剂后,涂层水接触角增大至126°,调整助剂含量可使基材表面达到光泽度可控的效果,呈现高光及哑光型涂层。 Fluorine modified waterborne polyurethane were synthesized by using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polyether polyol(PPG)and perfluorooctyl hexanediol(F17)as main raw materials,and for glass plate was coated.The surface structure and properties of film and coating of the fluorine modified waterborne polyurethane were characterized by FTIR,XPS,EDS and CA.The results showed that when the fluorine content was 7%,the water contact angle of the film increased to 110.6°,and the surface energy decreased to 10.04 MJ/m^(2),The film surface had effective hydrophobicity;the tensile strength first increased to 17.85 MPa and then decreased.XPS and EDS showed that fluorine atoms migrated and concentrated to the film surface,XPS showed that when the fluorine content was 3%,the mobility was 10.03,which was greater than the mobility when the fluorine content was 5%,and the degree of migration was affected by the fluorine capacity on the film surface.The water contact angle of the coating increased to 126°when addition of additives,by adjusted the content of additives,the surface of the substrate can be controlled with gloss.
