摘要
目的基于红外热成像技术分析痰瘀互结型冠心病病人胸背部腧穴的温度特点。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月广西中医药大学第一附属医院诊断为痰瘀互结型冠心病病人50例为研究组,另选取健康人50名作为对照组。分别采集两组躯干、胸部及背部的红外热像图,并测定双侧胸部及背部腧穴(灵墟、膺窗、神封、乳中、步廊、乳根、肺俞、厥阴俞、心俞、膈俞、肝俞、胆俞)温度,计算双侧腧穴温度差(△T),并进行统计学分析。结果研究组与对照组胸部两侧(神封、乳中、步廊、乳根)温度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。冠状动脉狭窄程度与胸部双侧腧穴温度差有关,狭窄程度越高,温度差越大。结论痰瘀互结型冠心病病人胸部红外热成像图具有特异性,且冠状动脉狭窄程度越严重,胸部部分双侧腧穴温度差越大。
Objective To observe the temperature characteristics of chest and back acupoints in coronary heart disease patients with phlegm and blood stasis based on infrared thermal imaging technology.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,50 coronary heart disease patients with phlegm-stasis interaction were selected as the study group,and 50 healthy people were selected as the control group.The infrared thermograms of the chest and back in both groups were collected respectively,and the temperature of bilateral chest and back acupoints(Lingxu,Yingchuang,Shenfeng,Ruzhong,Bulang,Rugen,Feishu,Jueyin Shu,Xinshu,Geshu,Ganshu,Danshu)was measured,and the temperature difference(△T)of bilateral acupoints was calculated and statistically analyzed.Results There were statistically significant differences in the temperature of bilateral acupoints(Shenfeng,Ruzhong,Bulang and Rugen)in both groups(P<0.05).The degree of coronary artery stenosis was related to the temperature difference of bilateral acupoints on the chest,the higher the degree of stenosis,the greater the temperature difference.Conclusion The chest infrared thermal imaging of coronary heart disease patients with phlegm and blood stasis was specificity,and the greater the degree of coronary artery stenosis,the greater the temperature difference between the bilateral acupoints on the chest.
