为解决维修人员在维修电动机定子绕组时分辨嵌线方式的困惑,详细阐述了交流电动机三相单层定子绕组展开图的绘制方法,并且根据分析绕组展开图和对应电机实物获取电动机定子绕组嵌线技术的解读技巧。从而帮助电机维修人员更方便快捷地掌握电机定子绕组的嵌线技术和提高定子绕组结构的设计能力。

In order to solve the problem that it is not easy for motor maintenance personnel to understand the technology of motor stator winding embedding,this paper elaborates the drawing steps of the three-phase single-layer stator winding expansion diagram of AC motor,and the interpretation techniques of obtaining the motor stator winding’s wire-embedding methods from analyzing winding expansion diagram and the original motor object.Thereby,it helps the motor maintenance personnel to master the wire embedding technology of the motor stator winding more conveniently and quickly and improve their ability of designing the stator winding structure.
