夏枯草主要化学成分抗肺癌作用机制研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 夏枯草为唇形科植物夏枯草的干燥果穗,为临床常用中药。有清肝明目、散结解毒的功效。现代研究发现,中药夏枯草的不同活性成分对肺癌具有显著抑制作用。本文从抑制肿瘤细胞生长与增殖、抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭与转移、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、诱导细胞自噬、抑制新生血管生成、逆转肿瘤细胞多药耐药、增强肿瘤细胞对放化疗敏感性等方面对夏枯草抗肿瘤的作用机制进行总结,为进一步研究中药夏枯草抗肿瘤作用提供参考。 Spica prunellae is the dried fruit ear of Prunellavulguris L.,which is commonly used in clinical Chinese medicine.It has the effect of clearing heat and improving vision,removing toxin to dissipate mass.Modern studies have found that different active components of spica prunellae have significant inhibitory effects on lung cancer.This article will be summarized from the following points-inhibiting tumor cell growth and proliferation,inhibiting tumor cell invasion and metastasis,inducing tumor cell apoptosis,inducing autophagy,inhibiting angiogenesis,reversing multi-drug resistance of tumor cells and enhancing the effect of radiation and chemotherapy sensitivity tumor to tumor cells,in order to provide reference for further study on the antitumor effect of spica prunellae.
