摘要
子宫内膜异位症不仅会引起盆腔痛、性交痛、月经异常,还可能引起不孕症。目前,关于子宫内膜异位症的发病机制尚未明确,临床治疗普遍采用期待治疗、药物治疗、手术治疗、手术联合药物治疗及中医治疗,但不同治疗方法的疗效存在差异,各有优缺点。本文对近年来子宫内膜异位症性不孕的中西医治疗进展进行综述,以期为子宫内膜异位症性不孕治疗提供一定的参考依据。
Endometriosis not only causes pelvic pain,sexual intercourse pain,menstrual abnormalities,but also may cause infertility.At present,the pathogenesis of endometriosis is not yet clear,and clinical treatment generally adopts expectant treatment,drug treatment,surgical treatment,surgical combined with drug treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.However,the efficacy of different treatment methods is different,and each has its advantages and disadvantages.This article reviews the progress of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of endometriosis infertility in recent years,in order to provide some reference for the treatment of endometriosis infertility.
