全面从严治党背景下医院党建工作研究进展及趋势分析——基于CiteSpace软件的知识图谱研究

An analysis of research progress and trend of hospital party construction under the background of comprehensively and strictly administering the party:a research on knowledge map based on citespace software

目的挖掘全面从严治党背景下医院党建工作研究的主要内容、研究进展和发展趋势,为医院党建深入研究及发展提供参考。方法以CNKI(中国知网)中2012—2021年医院党建工作1086篇文献作为数据来源,利用CiteSpace可视化软件进行统计分析,从医院党建工作的发文趋势、关键词聚类分析、时区分析、突现词分析等方面进行了研究。结果在2012—2021年期间,医院党建工作相关研究总体呈快速上升趋势,与全面从严治党,深化医药卫生体制改革,推动健康中国建设密切相关;医院党建研究的热点呈现比较明显的阶段性特征,早期把标准化、规范化建设作为医院党建工作的研究热点;中期对党的领导、党员干部、群众路线等的研究更为深入;最新研究围绕加强公立医院党的建设,结合新冠肺炎疫情防控,以新时代、公立医院、疫情防控、党委领导等为主题,在党建引领推动党建与业务融合进行了理论研究和实践探索。结论发挥多元主体作用,加强跨学科、跨机构合作,在落实党委领导下的院长负责制,加强党对公立医院的全面领导,建立健全现代医院管理制度,促进公立医院高质量发展;以及结合医联体、医共体建设,促进基层医疗卫生机构党建工作等方面深入研究,以高质量党建引领医院高质量发展,不断增强人民群众就医获得感、幸福感和安全感。

Objective To explore the main contents,research progress and development trend of hospital Party building research in the context of seeing Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor,as well as to provide reference for intensive research and development of Party building in hospital.Methods A total of 1086 documents on hospital Party building work from 2012 to 2021 in China Knowledge Network(CNKI)was utilized as the data source,and statistical analyses were conducted using CiteSpace visualization software,in terms of trends in hospital Party building work,keyword clustering analysis,time zone analysis and emergent word analysis.Results During the period from 2012 to 2021,the overall research related to Party building work in hospitals displayed a rapid upward trend,closely related to the strict Party self-governance,deepening the reform of the medical and health system,and promoting the construction of a healthy China;the hotspots of Party building in hospital research revealed relatively obvious stage characteristics,with the early stage taking standardization and normative construction as the hotspots of hospital Party building work;the middle stage had a more thorough research on Party leadership,Party cadres,and the latest research focuses on strengthening the Party building in public hospitals,combined with the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic,with the themes of the new era,public hospitals,epidemic prevention and control,and Party committee leadership.Theoretical research and practical exploration have been conducted in Party building leading the promotion of the integration of Party building and business.Conclusion We should give full play to the role of multiple subjects,strengthen inter-disciplinary and inter-institutional cooperation,carry out further research on the implementation of the presidential responsibility system under the leadership of the Party Committee,strengthen the overall leadership of the Party over public hospitals,establish and improve the modern hospital management system,and promote the high-quality development of public hospitals as well as the Party building work of grassroots medical and health institutions in conjunction with the construction of medical associations and medical communities,so as to lead the high-quality development of hospitals with high-quality Party building and continuously enhance the people’s sense of access,happiness and security in seeking medical treatment.
