党建引领下护士心身健康管理的实践探索

A practical exploration of nurses’psychosomatic health management under the guidance of party building

目的探讨党建引领下护士心身健康管理在临床一线护士中的应用效果。方法该试验是一项单中心、前瞻性、双盲、随机对照临床试验。通过对护理人员预防性地进行心理健康培育,实施为期8个月的护士心身健康管理项目。在干预前、干预后采用中国护士心理健康量表对96名护理人员进行调查。结果①干预前,两组在性别、年龄、职称、政治面貌等一般资料上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②干预后,观察组心理健康问卷总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③干预后,观察组的心理健康问卷总分高于干预前总分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论党建引领下的护士心身健康管理可提高护理人员对心理健康的认知与重视,帮助识别及应对心理健康问题,为构建人文医院从员工心理健康方面提供新思路。

Objective To explore the application effect of psychosomatic health management of nurses under the guidance of party construction in clinical front-line nurses.Methods The trial was a single-centered,prospective,double-blind,and randomized controlled clinical trial.An 8-month psychosomatic health management project for nurses was implemented through the preventive mental health training for nurses.Ninety-six nurses were surveyed by Chinese Nurses Mental Health Scale before and after intervention.Results①Before intervention,there was no significant difference in gender,age,professional title,political status and other general information between the two groups(P>0.05).②After intervention,the total score of mental health questionnaire in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).③After intervention,the total score of mental health questionnaire in the observation group was higher than that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychosomatic health management of nurses under the guidance of party construction can improve nurses’awareness and attention to mental health,help them identify and deal with mental health problems,and provide new ideas for the construction of humanistic hospitals from the aspects of staff mental health.
