医改和信息技术发展正引领医院走向一条高质量发展之路,医院持续提高服务能力和管理能力以适应新时代发展。医院办公室作为综合协调的“中心枢纽”部门,其科学规范的管理模式对提升医院的行政管理水平,推动医院全面发展具有重要意义。本研究以科学管理理论为基础,从“挑选头等工人”、“标准化原理”、“计件工资制”、“计划职能和执行职能分开”、“工作定额原理”介绍阜外医院办公室管理的实践,并针对实际工作要点及问题提出管理策略,为管理实践提供决策参考。

Medical reform and information technology development are leading hospitals to a high-quality development road,and hospitals continue to improve their service capacity and management ability to adapt to the development of the new era.As the“central hub”department of comprehensive coordination,it is important for the hospital office to improve the administrative level of the hospital and promote the all-round development of the hospital.Based on the theory of scientific management,this study introduces the practice of office management in Fuwai Hospital from“selecting first class workers”,“standardization principle”,“piecework wage system”,“separating planning function from executive function”and“working quota principle”,and puts forward management strategies according to the practical work points and problems to provide decision-making reference for management practice.
