摘要
分析了带倒扣铰链和螺纹特征的瓶盖的结构工艺,验算了注塑成型强制脱模的可行性。针对强制脱模成型工艺,设计了组合式型芯,选择了多种动力源的推出方式,规划了4步有序联合推出的方案,最终完成了带倒扣铰链特征、内凸特征、完整螺牙等特征的瓶盖的模具设计。模具结构合理,产品质量好。
The structure and technology of bottle cap with reverse buckle hinge and thread characteristics were analyzed,the feasibility of forced demoulding in injection molding was checked.For forced demoulding molding process,the combined core was designed,a variety of launch modes of power sources were selected,and a 4-step orderly joint launch scheme was planned.Finally,the mold design of plastic parts with reverse buckle hinge features,internal convex features and complete screw teeth was completed.The mold structure was reasonable and the product quality was good.
