脉动装配生产线物流管控及其精准配送系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 脉动装配生产线是提高装配质量和装配效率的保障,为此文中搭建了脉动装配生产线物流管控系统,设计了一套完整的生产线资源智能调度和控制方案,采用双态粒子群算法改进PID算法完成了AGV物流车辆的精准定位,应用安全激光扫描器监测系统并通过PLC控制实现AGV物流车辆的360度保护,基于上述方案完成待装配部件高效的精准装配。 Pulsating assembly line is the guarantee to improve assembly quality and assembly efficiency.In this paper,the pulsating assembly line management and control system is built,a complete set of intelligent scheduling and control scheme of production line resources is designed,the binary state particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to improve the PID algorithm to complete the accurate positioning of AGV logistics vehicles,the safety laser scanner monitoring system and PLC control are applied to realize the 360 degree protection of AGV logistics vehicles,and the efficient and accurate assembly of parts to be assembled is completed based on the above scheme.
