自贸区推动供应链金融发展的优化路径研究

Study on the Optimal Path of Promoting the Development of Supply Chain Finance in Free Trade Area

在全面深化改革开放,坚持不懈推进供给侧结构性改革背景下,我国营商环境进一步优化,而自贸区作为扩大对外开放的高地,为实现推动经济全球化、促进资源高效配置的目标,其金融生态体系仍有待完善。供应链金融作为自贸区金融生态建设的重中之重,对于加快自贸区转型升级具有重要意义。通过归纳供应链金融内涵及其在服务自贸区建设的意义基础上,分析了供应链金融在支持自贸区建设过程中面临的现实困境,并提出相关政策建议。

Under the background of comprehensively deepening reform and opening up and unremittingly advancing supply-side structural reforms,China s business environment has been further optimized,and the free trade area,as a high ground for opening up to the outside world,which takes promoting economic globalization and efficient resource allocation as the goal,still needs to perfect the financal ecosystem.Supply chain finance is the top priority in the construction of the financial ecology of the free trade area,and is of great significance to the acceleration of the transformation and upgrading of the free trade area.On the basis of summarizing the connotation of supply chain finance and its significance in serving the construction of free trade zone,this paper analyzes the practical difficulties faced by supply chain finance in the process of supporting the construction of free trade area,and puts forward relevant policy recommendations.
