中小型企业在促进国民经济发展、构造市场主体中发挥着重要力量,而其供应商的选择对企业产品的质量和价格起到举足轻重的作用,供应商的选择问题对企业的长期稳定发展是十分必要的。文中在综合考虑企业的生产能力、供货能力、服务能力和合作能力的基础上,结合层次分析法建立了较为完整的供应商选择评价指标体系,帮助中小企业选择更符合其发展利益的合作伙伴,从而提高企业生产经营能力,增加企业利润,并为其他中小型企业在应对该问题上提供帮助。

Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)play an important role in promoting the development of national economy and constructing the main body of the market,and the selection of their suppliers plays a pivotal role in the quality and price of enterprises products.The selection of suppliers is very necessary for the stable long-term development of enterprises.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the enterprise production capacity,supply ability,service ability and cooperative ability,this paper established a relatively complete supplier selection evaluation index system,combining with analytic hierarchy process(AHP),which helps small and medium-sized enterprises choose the cooperative partners which are more conducive to their developing interests,thus improving the enterprise production and management ability,increasing corporate profits,and provide help to other small and medium-sized enterprises which are handling with this problem.
