摘要
受农村地区特殊的经济社会环境和生鲜果蔬产品特性等因素的限制,农村地区生鲜果蔬电商物流节点布局成效并不理想。研究发现,多级物流节点设施能够有效提高物流运输效率,这对生鲜农产品高质、高效“上行”至城市消费有重大帮助。文中根据国家在农村建设“县、乡、村”三级物流节点的政策,以运营成本最小化为目标建立农村三级物流节点布局模型,并运用遗传算法对模型进行算例求解,验证了该模型对于生鲜果蔬产品“上行”问题具有较强的可操作性和适用性,对农村地区生鲜果蔬产品“上行”过程中的物流节点布局优化问题具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。
Due to the special economic and social environment in rural areas and the characteristics of fresh fruits and vegetables,the distribution of e-commerce nodes in rural areas is not ideal.It is found that multi-level logistics node facilities can effectively improve the efficiency of logistics transportation,which is of great help to the high-quality and high-efficiency of fresh agricultural products.In this paper,based on the policy of the state to construct“county,township and village”three-level logistics nodes in rural areas,a model of rural three-level logistics nodes layout is established with the objective of minimizing the operation cost,and it is verified that the model has strong operability and applicability to the“ascending”problem of fresh fruit and vegetable products,which has certain guiding significance and reference value to the layout optimization of logistics nodes in the process of“ascending”of fresh fruit and vegetable products in rural areas.
