Evaluation Method of Network Resilience of Agricultural Product Supply Chain under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略实施的重点在于发展农业产业,不断推动农业一二三产业融合发展,延伸产业链、优化供应链、增值价值链,因此对供应链网络弹性评估展开研究十分必要。文中考虑农产品供应链结构、农产品采购与供应能力、农产品供应关系管理、设施条件和风险管理意识五方面因素,构建了一个基于计分卡的供应链弹性评估体系进行农产品供应链网络弹性水平评估,并通过算例分析验证评估方法的可行性。

The focus of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is to develop the agricultural industry,continuously promote the integrated development of agricultural primary,secondary and tertiary industries,extend the industrial chain,optimize the supply chain,and add value to value chain.Therefore,it is necessary to research the resilience assessment of supply chain networks.Based on five factors including agricultural product supply chain structure,agricultural product procurement and supply capabilities,agricultural product supply relationship management,facility conditions,and risk management awareness,this paper constructs a scorecard-based supply chain resilience evaluation system to assess the level of agricultural supply chain network elasticity,and evaluates and verifies the feasibility of the evaluation method through a case study.
