摘要 光伏建设推进是影响光伏供应链发展的重要环节,分布式光伏整县推进能有效缓解环境污染和电力紧张的社会生态问题,但鉴于分布式光伏产业起步时间较晚,目前我国大多地区没有建设区域性分布式光伏,因此,分布式光伏整县推进工作迫在眉睫。文中结合国家能源局综合司公布的整县推进光伏地区的名单,按空间地理位置、经济发展以及自然环境等要素选择16个区县作为研究对象,采用熵权-TOPSIS模型评判分布式光伏整县推进的优先级别,结果表明:工业电力需求大,光照充足且当地光伏企业产业链发展好的地区可以优先整县推进分布式光伏建设。 The promotion of photovoltaic construction is an important link affecting the development of photovoltaic supply chain.The promotion of distributed photovoltaic throughout the county can effectively alleviate the social and ecological problems of environmental pollution and power shortage.However,in view of the late start of the distributed photovoltaic industry,most regions in China have not built regional distributed photovoltaic.Therefore,it is urgent to promote the whole county of distributed photovoltaic.This paper combines the list of the whole county promoting photovoltaic areas published by the Comprehensive Department of the National Energy Administration.According to the spatial location,economic development and natural environment,16 districts and counties were selected as the research objects,and the entropy weight-TOPSIS model was used to evaluate the priority of the whole distributed photovoltaic county.The results show that regions with large demand for industrial electricity,sufficient light and good development of local photovoltaic enterprise industrial chain can give priority to the whole county to promote the construction of distributed photovoltaic.
