“心神”调控性功能中医理论探源

Probe into the theory of"heart spirit"regulating sexual function in traditional Chinese medicine

男性性功能障碍的发病率逐年上升,主要包括阴茎勃起功能障碍与早泄。在治疗上,根据中医理论指导对此二病进行辨证论治有一定优势。笔者在中医性医学典籍与陈士铎所留文献中发现心主神明之能对男性性功能有重要影响,具体体现为神之生与神之用,而根据神之生与神之用,可总结出心肝相生、心肾相交、心火暖土、君火无为四个影响男性性功能的机制。

The incidence of male sexual dysfunction is increasing year by year,including penile erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.In terms of treatment,it has certain advantages to treat these two diseases according to the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory.In the classics of traditional Chinese medicine and the literature left by Chen Shiduo,the author found that the heart dominating the spirit has an important impact on male sexual dysfunction.It is embodied in the birth and use of spirit.According to the birth and use of spirit,we summarized four mechanisms affecting male sexual function:heart liver interaction,heart kidney interaction,heart fire warming soil and sovereign fire inaction.
