山东省16地市市政府政务微信的运营现状与发展对策

Wechat Operation Status and Development Countermeasures in 16 Cities and Municipalities in Shandong Province

作为政务新媒体的组成部分,政务微信凭借其即时交互、功能多元等特点,已经成为当前构建服务型政府不可或缺的渠道。它不仅可以提高政府的工作效率和服务水平,还能有效促进公众参政议政 ,形成良好的政民关系。以山东省16地市市政府政务微信为研究对象,参考其2021年6月份的数据信息,发现在顶层设计、管理机制、人员配备、推广宣传等方面存在诸多问题。从强化服务意识、加强交流互动、完善运营管理三个方面提出对策建议。

As an integral part of the new media of government affairs,Wechat has become an indispensable channel for the construction of service-oriented government due to its instant interaction and multiple functions.It can not only improve the work efficiency and service level of the government,but also effectively promote the public's participation in political affairs and form a good relationship between the government and the people.This paper takes the Wechat of government affairs of 16 cities and municipalities in Shandong Province as the research object,combs and analyzes its operation by referring to its data information in June 2021,and finds that there are many problems in top-level design,management mechanism,staffing,promotion and publicity and so on.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the reasons,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from three aspects:strengthening service consciousness,strengthening communication and interaction,and improving operation and management.
