摘要
工件的表面粗糙度是由于在加工中工件会产生弹性和塑形变形、机床振动、刀具振动、受热变形等变化造成的,表面粗糙度的大小可以控制,但将粗糙度的值完全归零是不可能的。表面粗糙度对于工件在实际使用中的负面影响较大,通常可以概括为:对配合性质的影响、对工件耐磨性的影响、对工件强度的影响,对耐腐蚀性的影响和对工件摩擦磨损的影响。经分析,提出了改善工件表面粗糙度的具体措施。
The surface roughness of a workpiece is caused by the elastic and plastic deformation,vibration of the machine tool,thermal deformation and other factors during processing.The surface roughness can be controlled,but it is not possible to reduce the roughness to zero completely.The surface roughness has a great negative impact on the actual use of the workpiece,which can be generally summarized as:the impact on the matching properties,on the wear resistance of the workpiece,on the strength of the work piece,on the corrosion resistance and friction and wear of the workpiece.After analysis,specific measures to improve the surface roughness of the workpiece are put forward.
