访视认知图联合叙事护理对手术患者术前访视质量的影响

Effect of preoperative visit cognitive map combined with narrative nursing on the quality of preoperative visits in surgical patients

目的考察访视认知图联合叙事护理对手术患者术前访视质量的影响。方法以2018年10月至2020年10月东莞市人民医院收治的102例手术患者为研究对象,将所有患者根据术前访视方法的不同分为对照组(51例)和观察组(51例)。对照组患者采用常规干预,观察组患者采用访视认知图联合叙事护理干预。比较2组患者在干预前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、认知水平、临床配合率和护理满意率。结果观察组的临床配合率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预2 d后,2组的SAS和SDS评分均较同组干预前降低(P均<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。干预2 d后,2组的疾病认知、麻醉认知和手术认知评分均高于同组干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组的上述认知水平评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组患者对护理人员工作能力、关爱与沟通及服务热情的满意率均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论访视认知图联合叙事护理能够有效提高手术患者的配合率和护理满意率,缓解其负面情绪,且提高其认知水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative visit cognitive map combined with narrative nursing on the quality of preoperative visits in patients undergoing surgery. Methods A total of 102 surgical patients admitted to Dongguan People’s Hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group( 51 cases) and an observation group( 51cases) according to different preoperative visit modes. The patients in the control group were given routine intervention,while those in the observation group were given preoperative visit cognitive map combined with narrative nursing intervention. The self-rating anxiety scale( SAS) scores,self-rating depression scale( SDS) scores,cognitive levels before and after the intervention,cooperation rate,and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical cooperation rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). After 2 days of intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention( all P <0. 05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group( both P <0. 05). After 2 days of intervention,the disease cognition,anesthesia cognition and surgery cognition scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention( all P <0. 05),and the above scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group( all P <0. 05). The satisfaction rate of nursing staff’s work ability,care and communication and service enthusiasm in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Preoperative visit cognitive map combined with narrative nursing can effectively improve the cooperation rate and nursing satisfaction rate of surgical patients,relieve their negative emotions,and improve their cognitive level.
