Analysis and Identification of of Meteorological Disaster Reduction for Wind Power Project

本文依据气象灾害风险的分析和评估理论,将风力发电开发和运营过程中的气象灾害进行了分析、识别、评估、管理等系统的分析。进而对风力发电气象减灾中的关键问题进行了归纳和梳理,其中包括气象灾害的识别、防御、规避和管理等方面,以期能够有助于风电或新能源行业提高项目开发质量,以及提升安全生产能力。

According to the analysis and evaluation theory of meteorological disaster risk,this paper analyzes the meteorological disaster in the process of wind power development and operation,such as analysis,identification,evaluation and management system.Then,the key issues in meteorological disaster reduction of wind power generation are summarized and sorted out,including the identification,defense,avoidance and management of meteorological disasters,so as to help improve the quality of wind energy utilization and safety production.
