风电机组关键设备状态检测技术研究

摘要 状态检测技术可以及时掌握设备运行的健康状态与性能参数,以便有计划性的制定维护维修策略,减少停机时间、避免重大损失,是风电机组运行维护及故障诊断最重要的技术手段。文章从风电机组健康状态检测和性能状态检测两方面,介绍了状态检测的应用情况,针对目前风电机组健康检测的特点,提出了基于定子电流的诊断方法,归纳推导出了定子电流的故障机理和特征频率,提供了利用发电机定子电流信号分析风电机组关键设备的方法,希望可以为风电行业状态检测工作提供有价值的参考。 Condition detection technology which can test the operating health condition and performance parameters of the equipment in time,so that the maintenance strategy can be planned for reduce downtime and avoid major losses,is the most important technical method of wind turbine operation maintenance and fault diagnosis.In this paper,the application of wind turbine condition detection in recent years is reviewed from two aspects of wind turbine health condition detection and performance condition detection.According to the characteristics of wind turbine condition detection,a diagnosis method based on stator current is proposed,and the fault mechanism and characteristic frequency of stator current are deduced,and the generator stator current signal analysis method of key equipment is provided.It is hoped that it can provide valuable reference for wind power industry status detection work.
