摘要
发电机编码器是变流器传动系统的重要组成部分,它的反馈信号直接影响变流器传动系统是否正常工作,而变流器的正常运行是风机稳定发电的重要保障,目前风电场因发电机编码器信号干扰而导致的变流器故障不在少数。某风场采用100台联合动力1.5MW机组,采用ABB公司的ACS800-67变流器。近年来机组频繁报MCB TRIP;OVERCURRENT;ISU DC OVERVOLT;INU START FAILED。本文主要对发电机编码器信号干扰造成的ABB变流器故障的原因进行分析及预防。
Generator encoder is an important part of converter drive system,its feedback signal directly affects whether the converter drive system works normally,the normal operation of the converter is an important guarantee for the stable power generation of the wind turbine.At present,the converter failures of wind farms caused by generator encoder signal interference is relatively high.A wind farm uses 100 uints 1.5MW wind turbine produced by United Power Company,wind turbines using ABB's ACS800-67 converter.In recent years,the wind turbins frequently reported MCB TRIP;OVER CURRENT;ISU DC OVERVOLT;INU START FAILED.This article mainly analysis and prevention of the ABB converter faults caused by generator encoder signal interference.
