Research on the Innovation of the Organizational Capability Improvement Mechanism of Student Party Branches in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

党的十九大报告提出要以提升党支部组织力为重点,突出政治功能来加强党支部建设,这为新时代高校学生党支部建设指明了方向。高校学生党支部是基层党建的重要组成部分,高校学生党支部组织力的提升对党和国家、学校以及学生都有着重要意义。只有在党支部的思想引领力、结构力、吸引力、领导力以及推动力上下足功夫,将这五“力”整合起来加以不断推进,才能切实有效地提升高校学生党支部组织力。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to focus on improving the organizational capability of the party branch,highlighting political functions to strengthen the construction of the party branch,which pointed out the direction for the construction of the party branch of college students in the new era.The student party branch of colleges and universities is an important part of the party building at the grassroots level.The organizational capability of the party branch is directed to the main body of college students.Its connotation can be summarized as follows:the college student party branch is based on the specific reality of the colleges and universities,in order to implement the party’s line,guidelines,policies and to achieve the work objectives of the party branch,it has shown an overall synergy in the development of party member management,organizational operation,organizational development,and organizational optimization.Only by focusing on the ideological leadership,structural strength,attractiveness,leadership and driving force of the party branch,integrating these five “forces” and continuously advancing,can the organizational capability of the party branch of college students be effectively improved.
