开放视角下产业融合与制造业全球价值链攀升

Industry Convergence and Manufacturing Global Value Chain Upgrading from an Open Perspective

服务开放与产业融合是打破制造业价值链“低端锁定”,实现制造业高质量发展的关键。本文利用中国投入产出表、附加值贸易数据库和世界银行数据库,选取2005-2014年制造业行业面板数据,构建生产性服务开放视角下的产业融合率指标,研究产业开放融合对制造业全球价值链攀升的影响。研究发现,产业开放融合显著促进制造业全球价值链攀升;外部生产性服务投入影响产业开放融合对制造业价值链攀升效应的显著性,并且制造业的技术和资本要素密集度越高,产业开放融合对制造业全球价值链攀升作用越强。因此,中国应加快并有序推进产业开放融合进程,营造公平透明的营商环境,充分吸收国外先进知识和技术,提高制造业竞争力。

Service opening up and industry convergence are the keys to break the“low-end locking”of the manufacturing GVC and achieve high-quality development of the manufacturing.Based on the data of China′s Input-Output Table,Trade in Value Added and World Bank,this paper selects the panel data of the manufacturing from 2005 to 2014,innovatively constructs the index of industry convergence rate from the perspective of producer services opening up,and studies the impact of industry opening up and convergence on the upgrade of the manufacturing GVC.The study found that industry opening up and convergence significantly promoted the upgrade of the GVC of manufacturing.In terms of heterogeneity analysis,external producer service input influences the significance of the effect of industry opening up and convergence on the upgrade of manufacturing GVC,and the higher the technology and capital factor intensity of manufacturing,the stronger the effect of industry opening up and convergence on the upgrade of manufacturing GVC.Therefore,China should speed up and orderly promote the process of industry opening up and convergence,create a fair and transparent business environment,fully absorb foreign advanced knowledge and technology,and enhance the competitiveness of the manufacturing.
