对外技术依赖对企业创新质量的影响机制

Influence Mechanism of Foreign Technology Dependence on Enterprise Innovation Quality

面临着高质量发展的时代背景,实现科技自立自强和提升企业创新质量是中国发展的关键环节,本文根据工业上市公司专利被引用数据库,运用Heckman两步法模型和GMM模型解决内生性问题,研究对外技术依赖对我国企业创新质量的影响及作用机制。结果显示:对外技术高度依赖抑制了企业创新质量,尤其在高技术领域和高难度创新方面;就异质性而言,在经济越发达的地区对外技术依赖对创新质量的抑制性越强;机制检验还发现对外技术依赖主要通过抑制创新能力和创新信心抑制企业创新质量。最后的结论是,市场化程度、知识产权保护程度和政府创新支持度的提高均有助于减弱对外技术依赖对企业创新质量的抑制程度。因此,大力促进我国主动提升创新质量、降低对外技术依赖程度是中国经济高质量发展的关键所在。

Facing the background of high-quality development,realizing the self-reliance of science and technology and improving the innovation quality of enterprises are the key links of China′s development.According to the patent cited database of industrial listed companies,this paper uses Heckman two-step model and GMM model to solve endogenous problems,and studies the impact and mechanism of foreign technology dependence on the innovation quality of Chinese enterprises.The results show that the high dependence on foreign technology inhibits the innovation quality of enterprises,especially in the field of high technology and difficult innovation;In terms of heterogeneity,the more developed the economy,the stronger the inhibition of foreign technology dependence on innovation quality.The mechanism test also found that foreign technology dependence mainly inhibits the innovation quality of enterprises by inhibiting innovation ability and innovation confidence.The final conclusion is that the improvement of the degree of marketization,the degree of intellectual property protection and the degree of government innovation support all help to weaken the inhibition of foreign technology dependence on the quality of enterprise innovation.Therefore,vigorously promoting China′s initiative to improve the quality of innovation and reduce its dependence on foreign technology is the key to the high-quality development of China′s economy.
