人工加速老化法评价30份黄瓜种子的活力 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】为了明确人工加速老化法测定黄瓜种子活力的适宜处理时间。【方法】以3个种批的黄瓜种子为材料,在45℃、75%相对湿度下分别处理0、2、4、6、8、10、12及14 d,分析发芽率的变化,确定人工加速老化的适宜时间。以30个黄瓜品种为试验材料,分别进行标准发芽和人工加速老化试验,测定相关发芽指标。通过隶属函数和聚类分析对30个黄瓜品种的耐老化能力进行综合评价及分类。【结果】人工加速老化处理黄瓜种子的适宜条件为在45℃、75%相对湿度下处理10 d,在此条件下,30份黄瓜种批间种子活力存在显著差异。【结论】人工加速老化法可用于测定黄瓜种子活力,以该方法共筛选出耐老化黄瓜品种18份。 [Objective]To determine the optimum treatment time for the determination of cucumber seed vigor by artificial accelerated aging method was determined, and evaluate the seed vigor of 30 cucumber varieties.[Methods]In this experiment, the seeds of three cucumber varieties were selected to treat at 45 ℃ and 75% relative humidity for 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 d, respectively, to analyze the change of germination percentage and determine the appropriate time for artificial accelerated aging. The standard germination and artificial accelerated aging tests were carried out on 30 cucumber varieties. The aging resistance of 30 cucumber cultivars’ seeds was evaluated and classified by membership function and cluster analysis. [Results]The optimum conditions for artificial accelerated aging treatment of cucumber seeds were 45 ℃ and 75% relative humidity for 10 days. Under these conditions, the seed vigor of 30 cucumber varieties’ seeds was determined by artificial accelerated aging method. The results showed that there were significant differences in seed vigor among different varieties. [Conclusion]Artificial accelerated aging method can be used to evaluate cucumber seed vigor. A total of 18 cucumber varieties with high aging resistance were screened by this method.
