亚硒酸钠对不同类型生菜生长和硒累积的影响 被引量:2

Effect of selenium on the growth, photosynthetic and selenium accumulation of different types of lettuce

摘要 【目的】从常见的散叶生菜、结球生菜和奶油生菜中筛选出适合硒生物富集的生菜类型。【方法】以常见的3种类型结球生菜、奶油生菜和散叶生菜为试验材料,以水培方式,0.5 mg/L亚硒酸钠为硒源,测量3种生菜的叶鲜质量、硒含量与积累量、叶绿素含量、光合参数和根系活力。【结果】营养液中添加亚硒酸钠后,散叶生菜的叶鲜质量和叶绿素b分别显著增加16.9%和29.16%,地上部硒含量及硒累积量最多;奶油生菜的根系活力涨幅最高,增幅达98.5%,气孔导度、蒸腾速率分别增加了52.51%和62.41%,结球生菜净光合速率增加了71.86%,胞间CO_(2)浓度降低了21.88%。【结论】建议选用散叶生菜作为硒生物富集的生菜类型。 [Objective]The common types of lettuce are leaf lettuce,crisphead lettuce and butterhead lettuce,and the suitable type of lettuce for selenium biological enrichment was selected.[Methods]The effect of sodium selenite on the growth,selenium content and accumulation,chlorophyll content of three common types of lettuce were studied by hydroponic.[Results]After the addition of sodium selenite in the nutrient solution,shoot biomass of leaf lettuce was increased by 16.9%,chlorophyll b content of leaf lettuce was increased by 29.16%,shoot selenium content and selenium accumulation are the most;butterhead lettuce had the highest increase in root vitality,reaching 98.5%,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of butterhead lettuce were respectively increased by 52.51%and 62.41%,net photosynthetic rate of crisphead lettuce was increased by 71.86%,and the intercellular CO_(2) concentration of crisphead lettuce was decreased by 21.88%.[Conclusion]The leaf lettuce as a selenium bioconcentration lettuce type is recommended.
