基于感恩拓延-建构理论对乳腺癌术后化疗患者益处发现及希望水平的研究

Study on the Benefit Discovery and Hope Level of Breast Cancer Patients Undergoing Postoperative Chemotherapy Based on Gratitude Extension-construction Theory

目的探讨基于感恩拓延-建构理论的干预方案对乳腺癌术后化疗患者益处发现及希望水平的研究。方法采用便利抽样法将112例乳腺癌术后化疗患者分为对照组和干预组,每组各56例。对照组实施常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施基于感恩拓延-建构理论的干预方案,分别于干预前、干预3、6个月后采用益处发现量表(BFS)和希望水平量表(HHI),比较两组患者疾病获益感及希望水平的变化情况。结果干预3、6个月后,干预组得分均高于对照组,且两组患者BFS和HHI得分比较,组间效应、时间效应、交互效应,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于感恩拓延-建构理论的干预方案,可引导乳腺癌术后化疗患者保持积极的正面情绪,从而改善患者益处发现及希望水平高低。

Objective To explore the benefit discovery and hope level of intervention plan based on gratitude extension-construction theory for breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy.Methods A total of 112 breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy were divided into control group and intervention group by convenience sampling method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the intervention group received intervention plan based on the extension and construction theory of gratitude on the basis of the control group.Benefit discovery scale(BFS)and hope level scale(HHI)were used before intervention,3 months after intervention and 6 months after intervention,respectively,to compare the changes of disease benefit sense and hope level of patients in the two groups.Results After 3 and 6 months of intervention,the scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,and the comparison of BFS and HHI scores between the two groups,inter-group effect,time effect and interaction effect were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention program based on the Gratitude Extension-Construction Theory can guide patients to maintain positive emotions after postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer,thus improving the level of benefit discovery and hope of patients.
