DMD红外场景产生器光源最优温度分析研究

摘要 光源温度是决定数字微镜器件(DMD)红外场景产生器出瞳辐射范围的外部唯一可设参数,是影响红外场景仿真逼真度的关键因素,因此,对于红外场景仿真过程中DMD红外场景产生器光源最优温度的研究是非常必要的。首先,从光源辐射和背景辐射两个方面分析了DMD红外场景产生器的出瞳辐射影响因素;然后,建立了光源温度与红外场景量化范围的数学模型,并基于该模型确定了光源温度最优值的求解方法;最后,以某红外场景产生器为例进行测试,验证了该方法的可行性和合理性,可在红外成像类装备内场仿真试验中为DMD红外场景产生器光源温度的设定提供参考。 The temperature of light source is the only external settable parameter that determines the radiation range of infrared scene generator of Digital Micro-mirror Device(DMD) and one of the key factors that affect the fidelity of infrared scene simulation.Therefore,it is necessary to study the optimal temperature of light source of DMD infrared scene generator in the process of infrared scene simulation.Firstly,the influencing factors of exit pupil radiation of DMD infrared scene generator are analyzed from two aspects of light source radiation and background radiation.Then,the mathematical model of light source temperature and infrared scene quantization range is established,and based on this model,the solution method of the optimal value of light source temperature is determined.Finally,taking an infrared scene generator as an example to test,the feasibility and rationality of this method are verified,which can provide a reference for setting the light source temperature of DMD infrared scene generator in the simulation test of infrared imaging equipment.
