视频教学联合情景模拟对护理实习生PICC维护技能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of video teaching combined with scenario simulation teaching on PICC maintenance skills of nursing interns

摘要 目的探究视频教学联合情景模拟对护理实习生经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central venous catheter,PICC)维护技能的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年3月在本院实习的70例护理实习生,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各35例。其中对照组给予情景模拟教学,研究组给予情景模拟联合视频教学。对比两组实习生对带教模式(拓展学习思路、提高学习主动性、提高沟通能力、提高学习效率、提高操作能力)的评价、PICC导管维护考核成绩(理论成绩、操作成绩、综合成绩)和带教满意度。采用SPSS 19.0进行t检验和卡方检验。结果研究组对带教模式在拓展学习思路、提高学习主动性、提高沟通能力、提高学习效率、提高操作能力等方面的评价明显优于对照组(P<0.05);理论成绩、操作成绩、综合成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);带教满意度(91.43%)明显高于对照组(68.57%)(P<0.05)。结论视频教学联合情景模拟用于护理实习生PICC维护技能培训能够有效拓展学习思路,提高学习主动性、沟通能力、学习效率、操作能力、考核成绩及带教满意度。 Objective To explore the effects of video teaching combined with scenario simulation teaching on the maintenance skills of peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)in nursing interns.Methods A total of 70 nursing interns from June 2019 to March 2020 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given scenario simulation teaching,and the research group was given scenario simulation combined with video teaching.The evaluation of interns in the two groups on the teaching mode(expanding learning ideas,and improving learning initiative,communication ability,learning efficiency and operation ability),PICC catheter maintenance assessment results(theoretical scores,operational scores and comprehensive scores)and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.SPSS 19.0 was used for t test and chi-square test.Results The evaluation of the teaching mode in the research group was significantly better than that in the control group in terms of expanding learning ideas and improving learning initiative,communication ability,learning efficiency and operation ability(P<0.05);the theoretical scores,operational scores and comprehensive scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);teaching satisfaction of the research group(91.43%)was significantly higher than that(68.57%)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Video teaching combined with scenario simulation teaching in PICC maintenance skills training of nursing interns can effectively expand learning ideas and improve learning initiative,communication ability,learning efficiency,operation ability,examination results and teaching satisfaction.
