“大思政”格局是指积极运用社会、高校中一切可能的力量做好大学生思想政治工作,落实“三全育人”的思想政治教育工作理念。当今,各高校通过多种方式丰富思政教育的形式、提升思政教育质量,但高校教辅人员在此中发挥的作用却相对较弱,作为广大师生的服务者,教学秘书在高校思政工作中的作用长期得不到重视。在“大思政”格局下,加强教学秘书的思政学习,丰富其参与思政工作的方式和渠道有着重要意义。
