以短视频行业需求为出发点,结合行业发展的现状和趋势,提出高职数字媒体技术专业应对行业大潮,实行“实训室+工作室+企业工作站”阶梯式人才培养新模式,以扩大短视频人才基数,进而深化校企合作,提升短视频人才竞争力,增加短视频人才后备军。

This paper has set the demand of short video industry as the starting point in the current situation and trend of the development.In order to comply with the trend,the digital media technology major in higher vocational colleges implements the new mode of“training room+studio+enterprise workstation”to expand the talent base and deepen school-enterprise cooperation,thus enhancing the competitiveness and increasing the reserve force of short video talents.
