摘要
通过问卷调查,从用户体验出发,收集在校大学生对英语学习类App使用的满意之处、不当感受及产品期待等数据,旨在提高用户体验,探索符合数字化时代高校外语教学的最佳途径。建议以“用户体验”为核心,对学生进行模块化、个性化的学习设计和知识体系的构建,通过软件合作开发及创建教师指导团队等方式大幅度提高学习者的学习兴趣、自主学习能力和效率,真正回归以人为本的初心。
Through a questionnaire survey based on the user experience,data of satisfaction,improper feelings and expectations to the English learning applications were found.In order to improve the user experience and to explore a better way of utilizing the digital technology in college English teaching and learning,the survey suggests the user experience should be the core,modular and personalized learning design and the construction of knowledge system should also be carried out.English teachers as co-developers of the software and the formation of mentoring team can greatly improve the learners interest,independent learning capability and efficiency,which are truly people-oriented.
