摘要
大学生群体具有较强的自我维护、自我完善、自我调节的个体自我意识。心理自助是通过自我调节和心理重构进行心理健康维护的重要手段和途径。移动互联网技术的快速发展为大学生心理自助创造了条件,同时也带来了一些负面影响。教育并引导大学生进行心理自助需要准确把握移动互联网下大学生心理自助的特点,探索大学生心理自助的教育干预方法。从心理自助的内涵和意义着手,分析移动互联网下大学生心理自助现状及其影响,由此提出大学生心理自助的教育干预路径。
College students have a strong self-consciousness of self-maintenance,self-improvement and self-adjustment.Psychological self-help is an important means to maintain mental health through self-regulation and psychological reconstruction.The rapid development of mobile Internet technology contributes to college students psychological self-help,while some negative effects are brought.Education to guide college students psychological self-help needs to accurately grasp the characteristics of college students psychological self-help under the mobile Internet and explore the intervention methods of college students psychological self-help education.Starting from the connotation and significance of psychological self-help,this paper analyzes the current situation and influence of college students psychological self-help under the mobile Internet,and puts forward the educational and interventional path of implementing college students psychological self-help.
