心理资本视角下高职生社会技能提升策略研究

Research on Promotion Strategy of Social Skills of Higher Vocational Students from Perspective of Psychological Capital

高等职业教育已经进入提质培优的重要发展时期,培养专业技能高、心理素质强的高质素人才是社会对高职院校新的期待。调查显示,当前高职生的社会技能水平总体一般,心理资本水平良好,社会技能与心理资本之间呈显著正相关。可以从提高高职生心理资本的自我效能、韧性、希望和乐观等方面入手提升他们的社会技能水平。

Higher vocational education has entered an important development period of improving quality and excellence.The new expectation of society for higher vocational colleges is to cultivate high-quality talents with high professional skills and strong psychological quality.The research result shows that the level of higher vocational college students social skills is general,the level of psychological capital is good,and there is a significant positive correlation between social skills and psychological capital.We can improve the social skill level of higher vocational students from the aspects of improving their psychological capital,such as self-efficacy,resilience,hope and optimism.
