摘要
首先,简要介绍了移动式抛丸机的系统组成、工作原理以及在船舶、桥梁等领域的应用需求。然后,对国内外相关产品和研究成果进行了详细综述和对比分析,总结了我国与国外先进移动式抛丸机生产制造厂家的差距。最后,围绕移动式抛丸机集成及设计、关键部件设计与优化、抛丸过程演变及弹丸动力学,以及移动式抛丸工艺参数规划等关键技术进行了总结,并对移动式抛丸机的发展趋势进行了预测与展望。
Firstly,system components,working principle and application requirements in ship building and bridge-maintaining of Mobile Shot Blasting Machines(MSBM)were introduced briefly.Subsequently,the related products and research results of MSBM at home and abroad were illustrated and comparative analysed in great detail,and the gap between our country and foreign of advanced MSBM manufacturers was summarized.Finally,the key technologies related to the MSBM,including integration and design of MSBM,design and optimization of key components,evolution of shot blasting process and dynamics of shots,process parameter planning of MSBM,etc.were summarized.Simultaneously,the future research direction was prospected.
