文明溯源视域下中医临证“初心哲学”考探

Research on the ‘philosophy of original mind’ of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of civilization tracing

上溯早期中华文明,结合伏羲、炎黄考和大汶口早期出土文化符号,可窥中华上古文明中存在太阳崇拜现象,这也是重阳思想之滥觞。从战国诸子争鸣至秦汉一统,中华文化体系趋于完备,重阳思想在中华文明进程中具象化,渗入文化体系中天文、地理、人事各方面。在人事层面的医学领域中,考察医学经典论述,可见重阳思想系联于医者意识形态层面,一定程度上塑造着其价值观念。以重阳思想考为引子,进一步通过对医者职业本分和基本价值取向进行哲学分析,结合中国思想文化史"心学""理学"之辩,探得中医临证"此心光明"的主流心法,并析出中医的"初心哲学"。

Looking back to the early Chinese civilization, combined with Fuxi, yanhuangkao and the cultural symbols unearthed in Dawenkou, we can see the phenomenon of sun worship in ancient Chinese civilization, which is also the origin of Chongyang thought. From the contention of Warring States scholars to the unification of Qin and Han dynasties, the Chinese cultural system tended to be complete. The thought of Chongyang became concrete in the process of Chinese civilization and penetrated into astronomy, geography and personnel in the cultural system. In the field of medicine at the personnel level, the study of medical classics shows that the Chongyang thought is connected with the ideological level of doctors and shapes their values to a certain extent. Based on the examination of Chongyang thought, this paper makes a further philosophical analysis on the professional duty and basic value orientation of doctors, and combines with the debate of ‘Xinxue’ and ‘Lixue’ in the history of Chinese ideology and culture, to explore the mainstream mental method of ‘this heart is bright’ in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine, and to separate out the ‘philosophy of original mind’ of traditional Chinese medicine.
