5个民族人群的舌诊图像特征参数对比研究

Comparative study on characteristic parameters of tongue diagnosis image of five nationalities

目的:探讨我国汉、苗、壮、回、蒙古5个民族人群的舌诊图像特征参数的变化趋势。方法:运用中医舌诊数字化检测系统采集并分析5个民族人群的舌诊图像及参数。结果:5个民族人群的舌象特征参数(舌色L、A、B值,苔色L、A、B值)及形态特征(舌苔厚薄、舌裂纹、舌胖瘦)对比部分存在显著差异(P<0.05)。其中各参数高低趋势为舌色L值:苗族>回族>壮族>汉族>蒙古族;舌色A值:回族>苗族>壮族>蒙古族>汉族;舌色B值:汉族>蒙古族>壮族>苗族>回族;苔色L值:苗族>回族>壮族>汉族>蒙古族;苔色A值:回族>苗族>壮族>蒙古族>汉族;苔色B值:汉族>蒙古族>回族>壮族>苗族;舌裂纹分布:蒙古族>汉族>壮族>回族>苗族;厚腻苔分布:回族>苗族>壮族>蒙古族>汉族;舌胖瘦分布各民族间无显著差异。结论:中医舌诊图像参数可以作为我国不同民族、不同地域人群的健康状态评价参考指标和表型差异的有效指征,为中医舌诊图谱参数范围及标准研究奠定了基础。

Objective: To explore the difference of tongue diagnosis image characteristic parameters objectively among the five nationalities of Han, Miao, Zhuang, Hui and Mongolian in China. Methods: Tongue diagnosis images of five ethnic groups were collected by using digital detection system of TCM tongue diagnosis, and the image parameters were analyzed.Results: There were differences in tongue image characteristic parameters(tongue color L, A, B value, moss color L, A, B value) and morphological characteristics(tongue coating thickness, tongue crack, tongue fat and thin) among the five ethnic groups(P<0.05). The high and low trend of each parameter is: tongue color L value: Miao nationality>Hui nationality>Zhuang nationality>Han nationality> Mongolian nationality;tongue color A value: Hui nationality>Miao nationality>Zhuang nationality>Mongolian nationality>Han nationality;tongue color B value: Han nationality>Mongolian nationality>Zhuang nationality>Miao nationality>Hui nationality;moss color L value: Miao nationality>Hui nationality>Zhuang nationality>Han nationality>Mongolian nationality;moss color A value: Hui nationality>Miao nationality>Zhuang nationality>Mongolian nationality>Han nationality;mossy color B value: Han nationality>Mongolian nationality>Hui nationality>Zhuang nationality>Hmong;tongue crack distribution: Mongolian>Han nationality>Zhuang nationality>Hui nationality>Miao nationality;thick greasy moss distribution:Hui nationality>Miao nationality>Zhuang nationality>Mongolian nationality>Han nationality. There was no difference among nationalities on fat and thin tongue distribution. Conclusion: The image parameters of TCM tongue diagnosis can be used as an effective indicator of health status evaluation index and phenotypic difference of different ethnic groups in China, which lays a foundation for the study of the parameters range and standard of TCM tongue diagnosis atlas.
