基于“风-玄府-神机”理论探讨“风药”在神志病治疗中的作用

Effects of ‘wind medicine’ in mental disease based on theory of ‘Wind-Xuanfu-Shenji’

神志病是表现为神志异常或神志功能活动障碍的一类疾病,发病率高,严重影响患者个人生活,加重社会负担。其发病机制尚未完全明确,笔者基于临床观察及文献研究发现"风邪"在该病的发病过程中起到重要作用,其基本病机演变过程为"风-玄府-神机":风邪侵袭为发病之起始,玄府开阖通利障碍为发病之关键,神机失用为发病之结果。从而提出从"风药通玄"角度论治神志病,并结合相关研究加以佐证,以期为神志病的中医病因病机研究及临床治疗提供新的思路。

Mental disease is manifested as a class of diseases or abnormal consciousness movement disorder of consciousness function, high incidence of serious impact on patients personal life, increased social burden. The pathogenesis has not yet been fully clarified. Based on clinical observations and literature studies, we have found that ‘wind pathogen’ plays an important role in the pathogenesis of the disease. The evolution of its basic pathogenesis is ‘Wind-Xuanfu-Shenji’: The invasion of wind pathogen is the beginning of the disease, the disorder of opening and closing of the Xuanfu is the key to the disease, and the Shenji apraxia is the result of the disease. We propose to treat mental disease from the perspective of ‘wind herb can regualte Xuanfu’, and corroborate it with relevant research, in order to provide new ideas for the study of the etiology and pathogenesis and clinical treatment of mental illness.
