癌毒病机理论辨治大肠癌转移探讨

Discussion on treating of metastasis of colorectal cancer by pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin

癌毒病机理论认为癌毒是大肠癌发生发展的关键,"癌毒流注"是大肠癌转移的核心病机,"正气亏虚"是大肠癌转移的内在原因,"湿热瘀毒互结"是大肠癌转移的必要条件。大肠癌转移的主要病理因素包括虚、毒、湿、热、瘀,基本病机为"正气亏虚、癌毒流注,湿热瘀毒互结",治疗以"抗癌解毒,扶正祛邪"为原则,主要治法包括益气扶正、抗癌解毒、清热化湿、祛瘀散结、疏肝宣肺。文章探讨运用癌毒病机理论辨治大肠癌转移,以期为中医药防治肿瘤转移提供新思路。

The pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin holds that ‘cancer toxin’ is the key to the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer, that ‘cancer toxin infusion’ is the core pathogenesis of colorectal cancer metastasis, that ‘deficiency of vital energy’ is the intrinsic cause of colorectal cancer metastasis, and that ‘dampness, heat, blood stasis and toxin combination’ is the necessary condition for colorectal cancer metastasis. The main pathological factors of colorectal cancer metastasis include deficiency, toxin, dampness, heat and blood stasis. The basic pathogenesis is ‘deficiency of vital energy, drainage of cancer toxins,mutual accumulation of dampness, heat and blood stasis and toxin’. The treatment is based on the principle of ‘anti-cancer and detoxification, strengthening the body and eliminating pathogens’. The main treatments include tonifying qi and strengthening the body, anti-cancer and detoxification, clearing away heat and dampness, removing blood stasis and dissipating stagnation, soothing liver and dispersing lung. This article discusses the use of pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin to treat colorectal cancer metastasis,and provide new ideas for Chinese medicine to prevent and treat tumor metastasis.
